Zena Myers

Zena B. Myers 51 of Indianapolis, formerly of Highland, Indiana. Our vivacious butterfly went to the Lord May 10, 2011. Zena was born February 12, 1960 in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She received her Psychology Degree from Purdue University, a Medical Technology Degree from Indiana University and her MBA from Anderson University. Zena held several positions during her 24 years at Roche Diagnostics including Internal Evaluations Scientist, Medical Services Representatives II, Customer Training Specialist and Customer Training Consultant. Most recently she was one of the project leaders on the cobas 8000 system. Zena enjoyed the outdoors, walking with her best friend Karen Gahimer on the Monon Trail, as well as shopping and shoes. She and husband Tom spent their time truly appreciating all of life’s gifts. Zena always found the good in people and touched so many with her gentle sweetness and positive energy. Zena is survived by her husband, Tom Myers, parents, Dr. Edgar and Lydia Buyco, and brother, Rei. A Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Friday, May 20, 2011 at St. Pius X Catholic Church with calling Thursday, May 19, 2011 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center-Broad Ripple.
