Winnie Weaver Dumes

Winnie Weaver Dumes, 85, Indianapolis passed away early Saturday morning, September 1, 2012 at her home. She was born December 25, 1926 in West Point, Mississippi the daughter of Caroline (Quinn) and Robert Weaver. Winnie had worked for Central State Hospital as a Nurse Assistant retiring in 1976. She was a member of Mt. Vernon Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Dumes is survived by sons, Willie Dumes, Samuel Dumes, and Marvin Dumes several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; Son, Troy Dumes; daughters, Beverly, Barbara, Catherine, and Evelyn. Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, September 8, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan-Floral Park, with visitation from 11:00 A.M. until service time Saturday, September 8, 2012 at the funeral home.
