Wilma B. Carson

Wilma Billions Carson 82, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2015 at 7:00am of natural causes. Born August 15th, 1932 in Athens, Alabama, Wilma graduated high school and worked at Redstone Arsenal where she met her late husband Paul Carson. While lovingly raising a family she was active and treasured in the community including the Church and Girl Scouts. Wilma and Paul traveled extensively for many years and she enjoyed reading, crosswords, puzzles, and fishing. Preceded in death by her parents, Cleveland and Florence Billions and husband Paul Carson of 59 years. Survived by her sons; William (Cindy) Carson, Jim (Lynn) Carson, daughters; Debbie (Mike) Conn and Barbara (Rick) Ferguson, sisters; Polly (Ollie) Roland, Vivian (Jack) Walker, Pat (Jake) Rogers, 3 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and a number of other relatives and close friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 19, 2015 from 12pm – 2pm at Flanner and Buchanan – Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St., Indpls, IN 46229, with a service beginning at 2pm. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to your favorite charity.
