In Loving Memory of William Martin Weber
We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of William Martin Weber, who departed this life on November 30, 2024, at the age of 88. A visitation to honor William’s life will be held on Friday, December 06, 2024, from Noon to 2 PM at Flanner Buchanan-Zionsville.
A private burial service will follow for immediate family at the Salem Cemetery, in Zionsville, Indiana.
Born and raised in Indianapolis, William discovered a lifelong love for sports, especially golf, early on. As valedictorian of his small graduating class in Zionsville, he excelled in academics, sports, and leadership. He continued his education at Purdue University’s School of Engineering, gaining valuable experience through a co-op program.
William built a successful career in engineering sales with Link Belt and Precision Rings and later embraced his entrepreneurial spirit by founding a small business in retirement. Beyond work, he cherished life’s joys—playing golf, cheering for Purdue sports, traveling with his beloved wife Margaret, and spending time with family. William’s life was a testament to balance, excellence, and dedication. He is survived by his devoted wife of many years, Margaret Weber; his children Jeff (Michele), Ken, Michael (Susie), Marnie (Jayson), and Michelle (Mario); grandchildren Jennifer (Scott), Neil (Katy), Kayla, Ian (Todd), Calvin, Paige, Mitchell, Fiona, Errick, Mikhael, Martin, Max, Noah, and Adia; and great-grandchildren Kailani and Teagan. He was preceded in death by his brothers Mike and Dick, daughter-in-law Barb, and granddaughter Kendall.
William’s love for family and his passions will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
Rest in peace, William—you will be forever missed.
