He is survived by wife- Lori Shonkwiler Smith, children- Emma Lee, Hanna Rebecca, Jenna Suzanne, nephew- Lloyd Shonkwiler, brother- James C. Smith. Service will be 12:00 Thursday, April 14, 2011 at East 91st Christian Church 6049 E. 91st Street with calling 2 hours prior. Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
