William O. 'Dale' Andrews

William O'Dell Andrews "Dale" 70, passed away on August 23, 2015. He was born in Covington Kentucky on July 28, 1945. Bill graduated from the University of Cincinnati and the Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics, Inc. He worked for the EOC in Indianapolis and the EPA in Ohio and Indiana. He was a counselor for the Delaware Youth Center and Lutherwood Child and Family Services. He retired from the IU Psychology department where he was an interviewer for the Indianapolis Study of Health and Aging. He was preceded in death by his parents: Louis and Evelyn Andrews and sisters: Georgia and Bobbie. He is survived by his 30 year life partner: JoeAnn Rohlman, his sons: Sean, W. Marcellus, Terrance and Jermaine, his sisters: Doretha, Elease, and Carmalita, his brothers: James and Peter, six grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
