William K. Phipps

William K. Phipps,

75, was born June 9, 1940 and passed away November 25, 2015. He was born in Indianapolis to Homer and Mabel Phipps. Bill worked at RCA/BMG. He was a Business Agent for IBEW Local 1048. He enjoyed bowling and was an avid golfer.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Mike. Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife of 45 years, Peggy, his sons, Barry (Marlene), John, Bill (Sonya) and David. His brothers, Ronald (Carolyn) and John, sister-in-law, Jeannine and his grandchildren, Jacob (Meghan), Sara, Zac, Mary, Tommy, Lily, Billy, Nate and Conner.

Friends may visit with Bills family from 1:00 PM until service time at 3:00 PM Monday, November 30, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229.
