William J. Brankle

William J. Brankle, 86 of Indianapolis passed away on September 10, 2014. He was born in New Castle, Indiana to Lawrence and Mildred Brankle. He graduated from the Pittsburgh Art Institute with a degree in Commercial Art. He worked for various steel companies as a Steel Estimator from 1957 until retiring from Ambassador Steel in 2004. He was a member of the Hagerstown Masonic Lodge and the American Legion. He enjoyed reading and drawing. Surviving to cherish his memory is his wife Barbara, children, Nancy B. (Larry) Doty, Lisa B. (Kurt) Moyer and David W. Brankle, grandchildren, Meghan Doty, Leah Doty, Kate Moyer, Amy Jo Brankle and Michael Brankle as well as great-grandchildren, Jordan Dick and Ella Doty.
