William H. 'Bill' Shafer

William H. " Bill" Shafer, Sr. 86 of Indianapolis, IN passed away August 27, 2013. He was retired from Indiana Erectors as an Operating Engineer. He served in the U S Navy and was a member of the Mooresville American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Donna, children, Linda (Dorel) Graves, William H. (Shirley) Shafer, Jr., Jane Ann (Greg) Hopkins, Cynthia Lou (Tom, deceased) Hill, Robert Dale (Rhonda) Shafer, 15 grandchildren and 47 great grandchildren. Services will be Saturday, August 31, 2013 10 AM at Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur with visitation there Friday 4-8 PM. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood, IN.
