William E. Rodman

William E. Rodman, Sr., 74, of Indianapolis passed away March 14, 2011. He was born May 5, 1936 in Rockport, IN to Gilbert Rodman and Dorothy Utterback. He retired from Decatur Central High School and was an Elder at Mars View Christian Church. William is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Martha, and sons John and Darrell Wayne Rodman. Survivors include his sons; William E. (Rita) Rodman, Jr., Robert (Sandy) Rodman, Timothy (Christina) Rodman, daughters; Betty (Marshall) Shutters, Dorothy (Pete) Lawler and Brenda Hartsalla (David Head), a sister Patricia Barnes, 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8 PM at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center Floral Park. The funeral will be Friday at 11 at the funeral center.
