William Duggar

William Duggar 91, of Indianapolis passed away January 30, 2013. He was born September 23, 1921 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Vincas and Maria (Qualitza) Duggar. Bill proudly served in the United States Marine Corp and he retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 14 years of dedicated service. He loved listening to Frank Sinatra, playing golf and euchre. Bill lived a life filled with family, friends and laughter. He openly shared a tender heart for his Yorkies and a steadfast devotion to those in his life. He was an avid Chicago Bears fan, and a Butler Bulldog fan as well. He lived life with a smile and left a smile on those whose life he touched. Bill was preceded in death by sons, Jimmy Ray Duggar and Jeffrey Scott Van Horn. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving wife of 36 years Margaret (Lannan) Duggar; children, David W. Duggar (Jan) of Reston, Virginia, and Cindy Van Horn of Mountain Home, Arkansas; grandchildren: 7 great grandchildren: 18; Friends may call Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 10am-12pm at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park North 2706 Kessler Blvd West Drive Indianapolis, Indiana 46228. Funeral service to follow at noon. Entombment will be in Washington Park North Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans, and Wounded Warriors Project.
