William C. Willoughby

William C. Willoughby 72, of Indianapolis died November 3, 2014. William was born on January 19, 1942 in Indianapolis to Leonard Willoughby and Doris Rader Holt. William owned his own construction business for many years. "Sugar Bug" as he was known to his family, loved sweets and watching TV, especially the Colts! He is preceded in death by his parents and a son Randy Willoughby. He is survived by his sons William Willoughby Jr., Mike Willoughby, daughters Darlene, Brenda Willoughby, Debbie Kilgore, Tammy Laux, 16 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4-8pm at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center- Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00am in the funeral center. Burial will follow the services in Floral Park Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association.
