William 'Bill' T Martin

William "Bill" Martin Jr. 84, of Indianapolis, IN passed away November 16, 2014. He was born October 12, 1930 in Bluffton, IN to the late William Sr., and Clara Martin. "Bill" as he was affectionately called was a proud U.S. Navy veteran, serving in the Korean War. He was a manager of customer service of accounting at Vectren and retired after 45 years of service. Bill was a longtime volunteer at Community East Hospital and Marion County voting sites during election time. He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Chris A. Martin. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Charlotte G. Martin; sons, Jeffrey C. (Denise) Martin, Gregory T. (Kim) Martin, 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
