William "Bill" Pitts
82 of Camby, formerly of Milan, IN passed away on September 27, 2013. He was born March 30, 1931 in Jackson, Kentucky to Tracy and Maude Pitts. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Nettie Pitts and wife, Frances Ingram Pitts, son, Craig W. Pitts, and sister, Nora Lee Keith. Surviving to cherish his memory is his son, David W. Pitts and grandsons, Braden L. Pitts and Chandler Pitts.
Bill served in the US Army as a Medic in Korea. He worked as a Sales Rep for Liggett and Myers Tobacco Corp for 27 years. He was a member of the VFW Post 2634 in Milan, IN. He loved to hunt and fish.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 3, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis. Entombment will follow in Washington Park East Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202.
