William (Bill) Baker, 51, of Los Angeles, formerly of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2011. He was born in Indianapolis on May 26, 1960. Bill graduated from North Central High School and then attended Indiana University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business. He was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Bill will be remembered not only for his love of music, but his vast knowledge of music and his ability to play a wide variety of instruments. He was a talented musician and a composer and currently has music being played in 52 countries.
Bill is survived by his wife, Daniele; his parents, Jim and Kitty Baker; sisters, Debby (Dan) Fairley, Kathy (Chris) Christea; and nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at Meridian Street United Methodist Church on Wednesday, December 28, at 2:00 p.m. Following the service a celebration of Bill's life will be held at the home of Chris and Kathy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Bill's name may be made to Sigma Chi Fraternity Educational Foundation and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.
