William A. "Bill" Heile

William A. “Bill” Heile, 81, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on December 26, 2021. He was born on May 7, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late August and Caroline Heile.

Bill was an electrical engineer for the Naval Avionics Center, until he retired. He loved reading the news, gardening, playing tennis, and bowling with his buddies.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Joyce. He was the cherished father of Eric (Beth) Heile, Craig Heile, Ned (Erin) Heile, Ann Heile, and grandfather of Nassima Heile and Zachary Heile. He was preceded in death by his 3 sisters and 1 brother: Mary Foley, JoAnn Kappa, Bernard Heile, and Dorothy Hatfield.

A graveside service will be held at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery on Thursday, December 30 at 10 am.
