83 of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on August 13, 2026, surrounded by family. Wanda was born on June 23, 1943, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Harry and Mildred Hoaglan. She was preceded in death by her daughter Rhonda Kay, son Michael Wayne Hubbard, brothers Ronald and Jack Hoaglan, sister Lorena Booker and her parents. She is survived by her sons William James, John (Charlotte) Hubbard, Doanld Chappell and Daryl Chappell, daughter Sandy McCombs, grandchildren Michael, Justin, Christopher, Krista, Alexandrer, Nevaeh, Rylle and Gracie. and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, August 21, 2026, from 11 am to 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral service will be Friday, August 21, 2026, at 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
