Wanda Price Lumpkin

Wanda Price Lumpkin, 56, of Indianapolis passed away peacefully at her home on February 12, 2013, with her family at her side. She was born April 10, 1956 in Martinsville, IN to Martin and Viola Fortner Price. Wanda worked in the insurance business for nearly 40 years. She retired from Joe Morton Great West Casualty Ins. Co. and was a member of the APA. Wanda was strong lady who loved and adored her family and friends. She enjoyed shooting pool, traveling, camping, boating, motorcycles, car shows, holidays and any reason to get together with family. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dennis Lumpkin, twin brother Walt, brother Mike and sister Vicki Parkhurst. Survivors include her fiancé Rodney Barger, her 3 daughters; Dawn Meador, Stephanie Meador and Tracey and her husband Nick Fulton, grandchildren; Shelby & Bryanna Madison, Austin & Lindsey Holmer, Alyssa & Brooke Fulton, her dog "GG", siblings; Bob & Sandy Price, Jack & Betty Price, Tom & Mary Price, Judy Strader, Cathy & Roger Wyatt and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. The funeral will be Saturday at 1 PM in Flanner and Buchanan – Decatur, with burial to follow in West Newton Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 AM until service time.
