Walter Edward 'Bud' Jordan

Walter Edward "Bud" Jordan 73 of Indianapolis died May 17, 2013. Walter was born in Indianapolis on September 13, 1939. Walter was a driving instructor for Metro Bus Company for 30 years retiring in 1997. He was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church and the Speedway Moose Lodge #500. Walter was very proud to be an American and loved to watch all types of sports and was an avid golfer and bowler and was the biggest Colt's fan ever. Walter was preceded in death by his wife Lila Carolyn (Cummings) Jordan and his parents Johnny and Wilma (McAtee) Stark and his sister Barbara Possman. Calling is scheduled for Tuesday May 22, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan- Speedway from 3 to 8 pm with rosary at 3:00 pm and the Moose Lodge #500 service at 7:30 pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 22, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Flanner and Buchanan - Speedway. Walter is survived by his companion Harriett J. (Grinstead) Banich, his children Monica Lynn (Pete) Richardson, Chris Scott (Terry) Jordan and Erika (Rodney) Martin, ten grandchildren: Jeff, Josh (Sarah) and AJ Richardson; Perry, Zakk and Scotty Jordan: Ambria, Tristin and Sean (Melissa) Martin: Chris Schuesler. Six great grandchildren: Logan Richardson; CJ Jordan; Abbi and Trevor Martin; Taylor and Avery Schuesler; and his sister Anne Robinson. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
