Mrs. Vivian J. (Morris) Jennings, 81, of Highland, Mich., formerly of Zionsville, died Tuesday, April 12, 2011.
Vivian was born Dec. 26, 1929, in Jackson, Mich., to Andrew and Iva Wilson Morris; they preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ira Rolland Jennings; and her siblings, Harriet, Florence, Dorothy, Goldie, Nellie and Andrew.
She was a member of the Zionsville Presbyterian Church, and was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter No. 248 in Whitestown.
Survivors include her son, Tim and his wife, Beth, of Whitestown, and her daughter, Linda Ryan and her husband, Patrick, of Highland. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Nicholas, Mallory, Christina and Candice; six great-granchildren; and her twin sister, Virginia Jefferson of Jackson.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 15, at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center - Zionsville, 105 W. Pine St., Zionsville. A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, April 16, at Hutton Cemetery in Zionsville. A reception at the Whitestown Masonic Lodge will immediately follow the service.
