Vishwajit Berry

Vishwajit Berry, 73, of Plainfield, passed away on December 28, 2023.  He was born December 14, 1950, in Kapurthala, Punjab, India to parents Ram Das Berry and Ram Rakho.

He worked hard as milkman in India and migrated to New York in December 1984.  He worked hard all his life and spent his last years of his life in Indiana with his kids.

On January 19,1979, he married the love of his life Nirmal Berry.  They shared a wonderful life for 44 years. 

VISHWAJIT was a strong and loving man with a great sense of humor.  He was outgoing and loved family gatherings.  He was a devoted, loyal father, uncle, and good friend.

He is survived by his children Dhiraj Berry, Arti Kohli and Mehul Berry; his grandchildren Aryan Kohli, Kavya, Kairav Berry, Paris Berry, Ayush Berry, Jay and Zara.

Visitation will be held at Flanner Buchanan - Speedway, 2950 N. High School Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46224, on Friday, January 5, 2024, from 10-12pm noon.  His cremation will take place around 12:30pm.
