Virginia Matlock

Virginia Ruth Thacker Matlock, 81, Noblesville, went to see her Lord on March 6, 2012. She was born March 24, 1930 in Indianapolis. Virginia was a member of Noblesville First United Methodist Church. She was also a member of First Tuesday Fellowship of Southport Christian Church and the Senior Citizens Organization, Inc. of Noblesville. Virginia is survived by her husband and friend, William L. Matlock; her daughter, M. Eileen Egan; her son, Monte E. Thacker; four step children; and 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Services will be on Friday, March 9 at 11 AM at Flanner and Buchanan- Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, 9700 Allisonville Road. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 8 from 4-8 PM at the funeral center. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Senior Citizens Organization, Inc. of Noblesville, 18336 Cumberland Road, Noblesville, IN 46060.
