Virginia M. Carter

Virginia M. Carter 93, of Indianapolis, passed away March 12, 2012 in Indianapolis. She was a charter member of Neighbors Inc. She was preceded in death by her husband James V. Carter and sister Ruth Voight. She is survived by her children, Jay D. (Ellen) Carter and Susan J. Carter (Mike Parrish); grandchildren, Hannah Carter, Jessica Carter, Shirley Jackson, Darren, Linda Parish and Lynda Brock; great-grandchildren, Beau, Bailey, Brennan, Isaac, Britani, Suzanne (Joe) Walton, Rick Parrich, Tiffanny (Aaron) Gerth and Cameron; great-great grandchildren, Jayden, Hunter, Elie and Ethan; niece, Melinda Neal and nephew, Rick Voight. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 14, 2012 from 4 to 8 pm and services, Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 2 pm at Flanner and Buchanan-Speedway, 2950 N. High School Road, Speedway, IN 46224. Entombment will follow at West Ridge Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Riley Hospital for Children.
