Virginia Louise Barrow

June 7, 1933 — July 18, 2014

Virginia (Ginny) L. Barrow, 81, was born to Evelyn Virginia (Stoll) Williams and David Forest Williams in Marion, Indiana. She married her high school sweet heart, Richard W. Barrow in 1953. Ginny was a dedicated mother, kindly friend, and devoted helpmate to her husband. After receiving her degree in education from Indiana State University, she first taught at Alquina High School in Alquina, Indiana. Her professional career continued at Bryan Military Academy in Texas where she taught business. In 1971 after returning to Terre Haute, she received her Master's Degree and was an adjunct professor at Indiana State University and taught adult education classes. An active member in churches where we made our home, she was always regarded as a committed hard worker. She was a very active member of the Bible Study Fellowship for many years. Ginny enjoyed reading, playing the piano, walking, and managing the schedules and detailed accounts for her family over the years. Her pride and joy were her children and grandchildren Ginny is survived by her husband, Richard; son Mike (Sandy), daughter Linda (Michael) and grandchildren Beth, Cathy, Nate, Kevin and Jeff; and brother David H. Williams.
