Virginia Lee Miller

Virginia L. (Howard) Miller 76 of Indianapolis, IN passed away July 4, 2012. She was a 1953 graduate of Gerstmeyer High School in Terre Haute, IN. Virginia was an avid Genealogist, and retired from the Knox Co. Library. Virginia's life was filled with the events of her family and attending the activities of her grandchildren. She loved the outdoors and appreciated the beauty of creation. Not one to prejudge another person, Virginia viewed life as a journey. Her love of books and travel, of history and genealogy, are markers of her being. She discovered how we are truly tied to one another and has now drawn us all ever closer together. She is survived by her children, Greg (Elizabeth), Steve, John (Twila) Hauger, Sandra (James Harris) King, 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, mother, Virginia E. (Sellers) Howard, Brothers, David, Kenneth, Randy Howard. She is preceded in death by her father, James L. Howard and her sister, Sylvia Jo Fugitt.
