Virginia K. 'Ginny' Lawrence

L Virginia Kathryn "Ginny" Wittman Lawrence 85 of Indianapolis died November 11, 2011. Ginny was born on July 31, 1926 in Indianapolis to Walter George and Mona (Fuller) Wittman. Ginny attended Washington High School and graduated in the class of 1944. Ginny devoted herself to her family full time. She was a charter member of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church. She is survived by her loving husband Raymond Lawrence Sr., her two sons Raymond (Nancy) and Steve (Robyn). She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Matthew (Sunshine) Lawrence, Melissa (Reid) Crandall, Eric (Angela) Lawrence, Andrew (Marianne) Lawrence, two great grandchildren and her sister Betty (Luther) Steele. Ginny was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Henry, Warren and Walter Jr. Calling will be held on Tuesday November 15, 2011 beginning at 10 AM to service time at Noon in the Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center Floral Park 425 North Holt Road Indianapolis, In 46222. Entombment will be in Floral Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Hospital for Children 705 Riley Hospital Drive Indianapolis, IN 46202.
