Virginia Fay Evans, 85, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on June 18, 2022. She was born on June 7, 1937 to the late William McKinley and Jessie Francis Underwood Bivens.
After high school, she went on to be a co-owner and operator in a family construction company.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 11-1PM with funeral service to begin at 1PM all held at Flanner Buchanan- Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229.
