Viola F. Price

Viola Price 89 of Indianapolis, IN died September 16, 2010. She was born on December 23, 1920 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Clarence and Violet Fortner. Viola worked for Cooper Studios and Grants Department Stores for several years. Viola was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and Mars View Christian Church. She is survived by her children, Vickie Parkhurst, Judy Strader, Cathy Wyatt, Wanda Lumpkin, Robert, Jack and Thomas Price, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, four brothers and four sisters. She celebrated over 50 years of marriage and raised 11 children with Martin L. Price whom precedes her in death along with her children, Michael, Walter, Sylvia Baby Price, and three brothers and a sister. Services will be held Monday September 20, 2010 1 PM at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center- Decatur Township with visitation there on Sunday September 19th 4-8 PM. Burial will follow the service at Washington Park East Cemetery.
