96 of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on January 8, 2023, in Mooresville, Indiana. Victoria was born on March 26, 1926, in Hopkinsville, Kentucky to the late Taylor Gilkey and Lovey Chester. She was a retired Layout Operator for Western Electric. She was a member of the Pioneers Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dudley Cox; son, William Cox; daughter-in-law, Carlena Cox; brother, Lindey Gilkey; sister, Virginia Burgess and her parents. She is survived by her grandson, Steven (Sherri) Cox; great grandchildren, Kelli (Fiancé Nick) Cox and Kristi Cox and great great grandchildren, Penelope, Paislee and Brynlee. Funeral service will be Friday, January 20, 2023, at 1 pm with visitation from noon at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Shriners Children Hospital.
