Vernita Maxine Conley

Vernita Maxine Conley, age 85, of Indianapolis, passed away August 20, 2011. She is survived by her son: Granger (Rebecca) Conley; daughter: Beverly(Jack) Head; grandchildren: Jayson Conley, Phillip Head, Amanda Heylmann , Nicole Lenahen; great grandchildren: Lyric, Jasmine, Samantha, Joshua, Angel, Sky, Dustin, Taylor, and Cole. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis R. Conley. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at 12:00 Noon at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center - Washington Park East – 10722 E. Washington Street. Friends are invited to meet with the family also on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 from 10:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Private entombment at Washington Park East Cemetery. Maxine was retired from Western Electric. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
