She loved deeply and unconditionally. She had suffered many losses and difficult times during her life, but she always got through with the comfort, strength, grace and compassion of her relationship with Jesus Christ. Her faith has always been her foundation and she leaned into it throughout her life. So many family and friends have said she was the best woman or human. This poem is the best way to describe her through our eyes Kim and Donna:
I am the daughter of a woman who, even when broken, kept walking.
And every time I doubt my strength, I remember I come from her fire.
That’s where my resilience, my courage, and my magic were born. Sabine Jacobs.
