83 of Speedway, Indiana, passed away on December 22, 2024. Velma was born on March 1, 1941, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Barney and Helen Whiteley. She was retired from Shephard Poorman. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Bush, children, Dan (Rachel) Bush and Dawn (Matthew) Craig, brother, Raymond (Brenda) Whiteley, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, January 3, 2025, from 11 am to 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral service will be Friday, January 3, 2025, at 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
