Urmila Narsi Patel

Urmila Narsi Patel, 93 of Carmel, passed away Sunday, September 29, 2024. Urmila was born July 28, 1931 in India to the late Bhikha and Dahi Patel.

 Family and friends are invited to gather from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 3 at Flanner Buchanan-Carmel, where a memorial service will follow beginning at 4:00 pm.

 Urmila was the widow of Narsi B. Patel. She is survived by her daughter, Nalini (husband, Steven) Purcell; grandsons, Neil (husband, Steve Dunn) Purcell and Rajan (wife. Noelle) Purcell; great grandchildren, Rebekah, Stephen and Joanna Purcell; brother, Suresh Patel. She was preceded in death by her son, Dipak Patel, and siblings, Shakuntala Patel, Ramesh Patel, Dinesh Patel and Surla Bharti.
