63 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on October 12, 2025. Tracy was born on December 13, 1961, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Linda Amrine and Ronald Mitchell. She had previously worked for Tropical Interiors and the Hot Dog Cart. She loved spending time with family and friends. Her trips to Florida to find shells was one of her favorite things to do. She also loved fishing, playing pool, dancing, visiting the casino and the occasional Friday night poker games. She will be remembered for her caring heart, warm smile and the way she brought laughter and love wherever she went. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by sister Rhonda Mitchell, brother Brian Mitchell, grandparents Everett and Bernadine Mitchell and Bryant and Carrie Pearl Britt. son James Young III, grandson James “Mikey” Graham and her parents. She is survived by her beloved companion Perry Thompson, daughters Shannon (Michael Graham) Young and Jennifer Young, brothers Rickey Mitchell and Tommy Webb, sister Michelle Durham, grandchildren Rickie Chamber III, Ryan Chamber, Riley Kostic, Jeremy Graham, Johnny (Jessica Snider) Graham, Justin Graham and Jericho Graham, great grandchildren Sophia Graham, Johnny Graham, Jr., Nevaeh Graham and Braxton Chambers. Visitation will be Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 11 am to 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral service will be Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Entombment will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
