Toni Shinabarger

Toni Shinabarger, beloved neighborhood Mom, passed away on January 17, 2024, in Brownsburg, Indiana. She was born on July 14, 1948, the daughter of Mary Jane LaRoque (Kain) and Keith Ash.

Toni's life was one filled with love and compassion for others. She was known for her nurturing presence and her willingness to look out for everyone. Her home was always open to friends and family, and she cherished the joy of having loved ones gathered together under one roof. Toni had a special gift for making people feel welcome and cared for.

A quiet and shy child, Toni came into her own as she grew older. Embracing life with open arms, she became a social butterfly who thrived in the company of others. Her warm and gentle nature drew people towards her effortlessly, creating lasting friendships wherever she went.

One of Toni's greatest joys in life was indulging in various crafts. She possessed a marvelous talent for sewing that lasted for many years. As time went on, her interests expanded to painting and crafting beautiful cards for every occasion. Her handmade creations were always made with love and truly treasured by all who received them.

Toni's spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her dearly. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and selflessness that will inspire generations to come.

To honor Toni's memory and celebrate her well-lived life, visitation services will be held on January 24, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan - Speedway located at 2950 North High School Road, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46224. A memorial service will follow at 6:00 PM at the same location, allowing friends and family to come together in remembrance and support.

Toni is survived by her sister, Barbara Ash, and her son, Kipp Shinabarger. She was preceded in death by her mother Mary Jane LaRoque and her father Keith Ash. Their love and cherished memories will bring solace during this difficult time.
