Born in the heart of Indianapolis, Indiana on June 16, 1964, Todd spent his life spreading laughter and love to all those around him. His jovial spirit and good sense of humor brought joy to everyone he encountered. Todd's non-judgmental nature and kind heart endeared him to many, leaving a lasting impact on those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

One of Todd's greatest joys in life was spending time with his family. Growing up, he cherished moments at Lake Tippy with his siblings and his late parents, David Bayne and Donna (Downs) Freeman. Aside from his devotion to family, Todd found solace in the simple pleasures of life. He had a deep love for visiting Florida and basking in the sun on the beach. His beloved dog, Gracie, brought him immeasurable joy with her loyal companionship. Those closest to Todd often shared fond memories of him playfully maneuvering golf carts—a standing joke that brought laughter and lightness to their gatherings.
