Timothy Michael Jennison, 65, of Indianapolis passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on July 30th, 2025. He was born February 25th, 1960, in Indianapolis, IN, to the late Shirley and Raymond Jennison. Tim was a loving and supportive brother to his siblings Ron Jennison, Tom Jennison(deceased), Christine Vinson, and Mary Toole. However, his favorite role was Uncle to his many nieces, and nephews whom he loved dearly.
Professionally, Tim retired from the City of Indianapolis Department of Pubic Works where he worked and retired as Parts Specialist for 15 years. Prior to that, Tim worked for several local auto dealerships in their parts department.
Throughout his adult life, he was an avid sports fan and enthusiast cheering for all the Indiana teams including the Pacers, Colts, Indiana Fever, and Notre Dame. He was born to a Minnesota Vikings fan, his dad, so he remained faithful to the team when they were not playing the Colts. Tim was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #64. He also enjoyed being a pet owner to several dogs over his lifetime including his most recent dog, Cato. Tim was a very kind, loving man who will be dearly missed. Visitation will be from 4pm to 6pm on Thursday, August 7th, at Flanner Buchanan Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46222 with a short service to follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions will gratefully be accepted to the American Liver Foundation and the ASPCA. Online condolences may be made to Flanner Buchanan.
