TIMOTHY EDWARD OAKES, 86, Indianapolis, died Jan. 18, 2003.
He worked 38 years as a tool and die maker for General Motors Truck and Bus Division, retiring in 1974. He was a charter member of Southport Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
