Tim Searcy

Tim Searcy, 53 of McCordsville received his Crown of Eternal Life on March 23, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.

Tim was born on October 28, 1964 in Kansas City, MO to Donald Thomas Searcy and Joan Delores Flannigan Searcy. Living in various cities throughout his life, he eventually made his home in Indianapolis. He married the love of his life Michelle Loseke Searcy in 1987.  They added two wonderful children to their family, Ashton Paige and Connor Doncliff Searcy.

Tim had great success in his career visiting 56 countries throughout his life. He is a noted industry leader in customer service assisting 31 companies in start-ups or turn arounds. He was a great man of faith and was active in Holy Cross Lutheran Church, the Trinity Great Banquet, and the Kairos Ministry. He most recently published a book “Lessons from the Back Pew” which speaks about grace. His passions include movies, media, good food, cooking, and travel.  Above all, Tim adored his loving family and his wife of over 30 years who have stood by his side through this journey.

Tim leaves behind his wife Michelle Searcy; daughter Ashton Paige Searcy; son Connor Doncliff Searcy (Olivia DeHaan Searcy); parents Don and Joan Searcy; brother Tom Searcy (Jen); and sister Carajane Moore (Chris).

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 27 from 4 to 8 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Geist, 7855 Cork Road, Indianapolis. Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, March 28 with visitation 9:30 AM until the time of service at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 8115 Oaklandon Road, Indianapolis. A private committal service at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens will take place at a later time.
