Thomas Roy Smith II, 49, of Zionsville passed away on April 3, 2016.
Tom was born on May 13, 1966 in Danville, IL to Thomas Roy Smith and Sally Schotters Smith. He graduated from ITT Technical Institute with his Masters in Computer Technology.
He is survived by his mother, Sally S. Smith, siblings; Kenneth Roy Smith, Melinda S. Smith, and Michele A. Jones.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Flanner and Buchanan-Zionsville with a private family service to follow.
