Thomas J. Cook

Thomas J. Cook, 56, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 5, 2014. He was born on October 29, 1957 to Carl and Margie Cook in Indianapolis. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Patrick Cook. Surviving to cherish his memory are his sons Stephen Cook and Christopher Cook; and his siblings Carri Graf, Larry Cook, Steve Cook, Debbie Cook Lawler and Daniel Cook. Friends may call on Thursday, October 16, 2014 from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM at Flanner and Buchanan - Community Life Center, 10612 E. Washington St, Indianapolis.
