Thomas Andrew Pritchett of Indianapolis, 71 years old, passed away Sunday, July 24th, 2022, after a long battle with cancer. Thomas passed away peacefully at his residence with his wife and family by his side! Tom was born to Charles Thomas Pritchett and Stella Louise Pritchett on October 20th, 1950, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Tom is survived by six living children: Brandon Pritchett (Suzi), Robert Deems, Chrissy King (Max), Buffy Deems (Ronnie), Susan Brown (Joe), and Brayden Pritchett. Grandchildren: Courtney Pritchett, Tabatha Pritchett, Taylor Jeffries, Dillon Pritchett, Isaiah Jeffries, Hannah King, and Makia Brown. Great Grandchildren: Brayden Pritchett, Jayden Nixon, Tristin Nixon, Bella Brumley, Ariella Jeffries, Aisley Jeffries, and Sophia Jeffries. Sister – Sharon Louise Gross. Loved by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and many friends and extended family. Tom is preceded in death by his parents and his son Charles Andrew “Andy” Pritchett.
Tom worked for MSD Warren Township for 36 years and was a welder, a supervisor, and mechanic. Tom loved his job, friends, and family. Tom loved God. Tom faithfully attended the Mt. Calvary Evangelistic Center of Indianapolis. He was also a member of the church band. Tom was the “Music Man.” He played for his work parties and picnics, as well as for his friends and family. For his Gospel Ministry, he was the leader of the group “The Lively Stones” for many years. Tom never met a stranger nor had an ill word. The world was a better place because of Tom Pritchett. He was truly one-of-a-kind. He was a mighty man of God. He truly was a warrior.
Visitation will be held at Mt. Calvary Evangelistic Center at 1840 Sloan Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46203 on Saturday, July 30th, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and services to follow at 1:00 p.m.
