Thom B. Bondus III

Thom B. Bondus III passed away on April 18, 2026, after a recent illness related to his dementia. He was born February 17, 1953, and grew up in Chicago and Edwardsville Illinois. Thom attended Indiana University where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon and the IU Student Athletic Board. Thom was a Certified Public Accountant and most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Park 100 Foods where he retired in 2020.

Thom enjoyed golf, bridge, bowling and being with family and friends. He is survived by his daughter, Emily Biehl (Aaron) granddaughter Faith, ex-wife Diane Bondus and sister Patti Connell (Rick). He was proceeded in death by his son Brian Bondus, his brother Brad and parents Marilyn and Thom II. His family would like to thank all of his friends and caregivers who helped him during the past few years. A celebration of life will be held later this year. Memorials can be donated to the Down Syndrome Association of Northeast Indiana (DSANI) in honor of his love for his granddaughter.
