Theresa Mae (Whyde) Jacobs

66, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017. Theresa was born in Indianapolis, IN on September 29, 1951 to the late, Daniel Whyde and Violet (West) Stovall.

Theresa adored her family and loved spending time with them.  She enjoyed dancing, country music, classic TV shows like I Love Lucy and The Andy Griffith Show, and collecting teddy bears and angels.

Theresa will be lovingly missed by her husband of 22 years, Kurtis Lee “Jake” Jacobs, Sr.; her sons: Archie, Jay, Steven and Richard Ward and Kurtis, Jr and Dale Jacobs; 40 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Dan, Jr and John Whyde.

Calling will be held from 11am until 1pm on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St, Indianapolis, where funeral services will immediately follow at 1pm.  Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
