Theresa Jeannette Denson

Theresa Jeannette Denson 95, Indianapolis passed away March 9, 2013 at her home. She was born September 14, 1917 in Indianapolis the daughter of Esther (Scheible) and John Nickum. Theresa is survived by daughters, Theresa (Darrell) Mitchell, Ruth VanDeVanter, and Debi (Jim) Pepper; sons: Sheridan (Vicki) Denson, Dennis Denson; 28 grandchildren; 56 great grandchildren; 35 great-great grandchildren; a sister: Esther Biggs and daughters-in-law: Nina and Frances Denson. She was preceded in death by, daughter: Sarah Smith; sons: John, Jimmy, Ronald and Donald Denson and sisters: Dorothy Nickum, Ruth Nickum, and Marie Biggs. She was an avid bingo player and loved playing cards with her children, grandchildren and other family members. Services will be 1:00 P.M. Monday, March 18, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan-Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 7:00 P.M. Sunday, March 17, 2013 at the funeral home.
