Theresa B. Sweeney

Theresa B. Sweeney 88, of Indianapolis, IN passed away November 7, 2014. She was born on September 11, 1926 in Brooklyn, NY to the late William and Anna Ryan. She worked as a telephone operator at Community Hospital and retired after 20 years of service. Theresa was a member of St. Philip Neri. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, 2 sisters, sons, Michael and Donald Sweeney. Theresa is survived by her children; Stephanie (Bob) Bell, Patricia (John) Foth, Daniel Sweeney, Thomas Sweeney, Sister; Annie Kiselauskas, 10 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 from 4 pm – 8pm at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at St. Philip Neri, 550 N. Rural St., Indianapolis beginning at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to F.A.C. E. – (Foundation against companion-animal euthanasia) 1505 Massachusetts Ave, Indpls, IN 46201.
