Thelma R. Schnarr Murray

Thelma R. Murray 95, Indianapolis, passed away May 22, 2011. Thelma worked as a beautician at various shops in Beech Grove and Broad Ripple. She was a member of the Castleton Christian Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. Thelma is survived by her two sons, Terry (Cathy) Sheckell and Gerald (Lynne) Sheckell; grandchildren, Samantha Hartmann, Kimberly Thompson and Donald Sheckell; step-grandchildren, Jessica and Jake Friedman; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald Sheckell and second husband, Cloyd Murray; sisters, Margaret Duncan, Dorothy Manier, Nora Kalscheuer and Elva Schnarr. Services for Thelma will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center-Washington Park East, with visitation from 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday.
