Teresa K. Hogue

Teresa K. Hogue Of Franklin, IN died January 2, 2013 surrounded by her loving family at the age of 51. Teresa was born April 10, 1961 to John D. and Arlie (nee Burton) Hogue in Indianapolis, IN. She enjoyed gardening, antiquing, cooking but most especially spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her easy going, fun loving personality and will be greatly missed. Teresa is survived by her life partner of 22 years Shelli Smith; father John D. Hogue; Shelli's sons Cory and Cameron (Victoria) Dake and grandchildren Aubrey and Owen Dake; grandmother Jean Neville; sisters Cynthia "Cindy" Harris (Ron) and Deborah "Debi" Maupin (Tony) and brother John K. Hogue; sister-in-law Nettie Hogue; nieces and nephews Doug Hogue, Angela Cavaletto, Robert Oberg, Jon Oberg, Daniel Oberg, Jennifer Larson, Stephanie Bolling, Jonathan Harris, Christina Cook, as well as several great nieces and nephews; and her cats Oreo and Mr. Gray Pants. She was preceded in death by her mother Arlie Hogue and brother Gary D. Hogue. Visitation will be held Friday, January 4 from 4 to 8 PM at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E Washington St, Indianapolis and Saturday, January 5 from 11 AM to 12 noon with a Funeral Service beginning at 12 noon. Private entombment will take place at Washington Park East Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Indianapolis Humane Society, 7929 North Michigan Road Indianapolis, IN 46268.
