Teresa E. Brown

Teresa E. Brown 57, Indianapolis passed away May 11, 2013 at St. Francis-South. She was born November 1, 1955 in Beech Grove the daughter of Lee Samuel Spencer Jr. and Virginia (Odom) Taylor. Teresa was a graduate of Decatur High School and Wesleyan University with a Bachelor's degree in accounting. She had worked for U.S. Customs retiring in 2004. Her family was her life especially her four granddaughters. Teresa is survived by her step-father, L. Don Taylor; sons, Benjamin Harper, (wife-Stella) and James Kellett; granddaughters, Autumarie, Reina, Madelynn, and Shayleigh; brothers, Dale Kuhn and Rodney Spencer; sister, Mary Curtis; half-sister, Geneva Lashbrook. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Orie Rick Odom, Lee Samuel Spencer III and Warren J. Spencer. Services will be 11: A.M. May 14, 2013 at Flanner and Bu chanan-Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. May 13, 2013 at the funeral home.
