Susan T. Whitlock

Susan T Whitlock 95, of Indianapolis, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday September 13, 2012. Susan was born May 25, 1917, in Scottsville, Kentucky, a daughter of Sam and Maude Rippy. Susan was an active member of Baptist Temple. She loved flowers and working in her garden, but her grandchildren and great granddaughter, whom she adored, brought her the most joy. She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Larry Whitlock and Connie Whitlock; grandchildren: Brent Whitlock and Wendy Walker; and great granddaughter, Caitlin. Susan was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Thurman Whitlock; her parents and siblings. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00p.m. Monday, September 17, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 1:00p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis. Interment will follow in Washington Park East Cemetery.
